Job Title: Property Acquisition Consultant

Salary: £24,000 per annum + commission on revenue generated
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We are a fast-growing property sourcing business based in Manchester, dedicated to helping investors find and secure high-quality property deals. Our team is young, dynamic, and driven, and we’re looking for a talented individual to join us as a Property Acquisition Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about property, with experience in sales, negotiation, or property, to play a key role in our exciting journey.
The Role:
As a Property Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our business, responsible for finding and securing investment properties that meet the specific needs of our clients. You’ll need to be proactive, analytical, and confident in negotiations, working directly with sellers and agents to close deals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing investment properties based on investor criteria.
• Running numbers and conducting due diligence to ensure properties meet financial and investment goals.
• Making offers, negotiating with sellers or agents, and securing property deals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents and property owners.
• Regularly communicating progress with clients and delivering results that exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, negotiation, or property—ideally a combination of these.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making offers and negotiating deals.
• A proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyse property data.
• A passion for property and a desire to grow within the industry.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
